How much do fiesta medals cost?
Pricing will vary based on a few factors, but they can be as low as $2.09 each. Please check our pricing page for more information.
How long does it take to get my medals?
Custom medals can take 12-16 business days to manufacture and ship. This ends up being about 2-4 weeks from the date you place your order. However, since we need to have you approve your design first it can take an additional 1-2 days before you place your order. If you need your business to vote or get approval on a design please start the process now. It is always better to have more time on your side.
I have an idea for a design but I am not an artist, can you help?
For sure! We have an entire art department that will take your ideas and make them a reality. We do digital mockups of your design for free, but if you need our art team to create a brand new design, we charge a one time $60 art fee.

What if I have a problem with my order?
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you have any issues within 7 days of receiving your medals please contact us and we will remedy the problem.
What is your return policy?
Since all of the medals are 100% custom made we cannot accept returns. We will work with you on making sure you are 100% happy with your medal order though. If you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will remedy the situation.
